1. Delivery Policy

At Digital Mandii Pakistan, we ensure fast and reliable delivery all over Pakistan.

• 📦 Delivery Time:
  All confirmed orders are delivered within 2 to 4 business days (depending on city and courier availability).
• 🚚 Courier Partners:
  We work with trusted courier companies to make sure your parcel reaches you safely and on time.
• 🕒 Order Confirmation:
  Orders are dispatched only after verification through call or message.
• 💳 Payment Options:
  Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, or Online Payment options are available.

2. Parcel Opening Policy

We follow a “Customer Transparency” system for your satisfaction.

• Customers are allowed to open the parcel before accepting it.
• If the customer does not open the parcel at the time of delivery, then any issue must be reported on the same day (within 24 hours) after delivery.
• To start a return request, the customer must provide clear pictures/videos showing the issue.

3. Return Policy

We aim to make returns simple and fair.

• ⏳ Return Timeframe:
  You can request a return within the same day of delivery (if opened later) or immediately if issue is identified during delivery.
• 💰 Return Charges:
  Return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.
• 🔁 Refund Process:
  • Once the returned parcel is received and inspected by our team/shipping partner,
  • The refund will be processed to the customer’s provided payment method.
• 📦 Condition for Return:
  Product must be in original condition, unused, and with all accessories/packaging intact.
• ❌ Non-Returnable Items:
  Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery cannot be returned.

4. Important Note

If a parcel is opened after delivery time and issue arises, the refund process will start only after the item reaches back to our warehouse or shipper.
